Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a part-time teacher for the Twin Falls Virtual School House. In this role, you will provide engaging and interactive online instruction to students, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages academic growth and personal development. The ideal candidate will be committed to utilizing innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the virtual learning experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and the curriculum.
- Facilitate live virtual classes and provide timely feedback to students on their progress.
- Utilize various online tools and resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing individualized support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational technology.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive virtual learning community.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification required.
