- + up to $6,000 tested subject/core content stipend

$5,100 annually paid toward medical policy
Retention Incentive: All full-time staff are eligible for an additional 401(a) contribution for each 5 years of service: $500 at 5 years, up to $3,000 at 30 years.
401 (a) retirement contribution matching: 100% match up to 5% of your salary, vested after 5 years.

At Snyder ISD, we want to surround our students with the best. To recruit and retain top-tier staff, the Board of Trustees voted to adopt a HYBRID calendar beginning in 2023. The calendar was designed with input from parents, students, staff, and the community to account for attendance, maximize school time, and improve school/work-life balance.
