REPORTS TO: Special Education Coordinator

RATE OF PAY: $37.73 per hour

WORK SCHEDULE:

SET-UP DAY: June 18, 2025 (8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)
June 23, 2025 through July 17, 2025 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Teacher day - 7:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m
Student day - 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
No school for staff or students: July 3

DESCRIPTION: Extended School Year Program for Special Education - Summer program
resource/instructional intervention, self-contained classes, and individualized programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

ISBE PEL with Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education endorsement, required
ISBE PEL with ESL endorsement, preferred
Previous experience working with early childhood students
Excellent communication skills
Experience in working with special education students with moderate to severe disabilities, preferred
