Qualifications: High School Diploma, additional education preferred. Willingness to learn, engage with others and passion for working with students.

Additional Information: Assists with a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting students and teachers in the MT Virtual Academy and Learning Commons environment. Specific duties may vary depending on the day.

Part-time-10 month (school term)

8:45 AM- 3:00 PM M-F (5.75 hrs/day)

In general, the candidate will:

Actively engage in technology (ex. Excel, Google sheets, iPads, online platforms, Learning Management Systems)
Assist teachers with technical and instructional support to meet the daily virtual objectives provided to meet the goals of each student’s online learning course(s)
Assist students of varying abilities, both educationally and technically, while supporting the student in taking a wide variety of classes that will cover all disciplines.
Work with other members of MTVA in support of the Manheim Township School District mission to provide a social and educational environment for the students in a virtual setting.

Salary dependent upon position and experience - minimum starting rate- $14.43 per hour
