Location: Flexible - may be assigned to different school locations as determined by operational needs.

Summary:This position is primarily responsible for covering weekend rental events, both indoors and at district fields, ensuring the needs of the rental organization are met while maintaining a secure and clean facility at all times. The individual in this role will support event-related activities, address facility concerns as they arise and ensure the building and/or field is prepared before, during, and after rentals. Additional duties or special projects may be assigned based on the needs of the event or building.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for opening and securing the designated building or field area prior to scheduled rental events and properly closing and locking the area afterward. The individual will assist with event setup and teardown as needed, which may include arranging tables, chairs, equipment, and other requested materials. Throughout the duration of the event, staff will maintain the cleanliness of all areas used, including removing trash, and ensuring restrooms remain clean and stocked. They will also respond to any immediate facility needs or concerns that arise during the event to help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. In addition, the position requires effective communication with rental organizations and school personnel to meet event requirements. Other duties or special assignments may be assigned as needed.

Seasonal Schedule: June 9, 2025- August 15, 2025

Starting Rate: $30/hour
