Quality Compensation (Q Comp) Program Coordinator

Three Year Commitment

.50 FTE Teacher Contract Days

2 hours per day (0.34 FTE) plus stipend pay, or

0 hours per day (all outside of the contract day) for stipend pay

(FTE amount and/or stipend negotiated on a per applicant basis)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

Implement, facilitate, oversee and submit required reporting/applications for the QComp Program to the

district and state

Facilitate collaboration with the District Instructional Leadership team and attend annual trainings
Train, prepare materials for, communicate, and act as a liaison between EMM 332, school board, administration,

district office staff, QComp career ladder leaders, and QComp participants for all aspects of the QComp plan.

Train and support PLC Facilitators and oversee all PLC reporting
Support Instructional Coaching and oversee all Instructional Coach reporting
Support the Mentorship program and oversee all Mentorship reporting
Support and approve all PLC team goals and all QComp participants’ ISA goals
Organize, compile, and collate all QComp participant work to prepare stipend payouts in June
Seek best practice with state guideline to continue to improve the QComp plan as written for Mora Schools
Hire PLC Facilitators and Mentor Teachers, with input from Instructional Leadership team as appropriate

Required Qualifications

Current MN Teaching Licensure
Master’s Degree
10 or more years of working as a teacher (10+ years is preferred)
Demonstrated experience in developing programs as well as orchestrating the necessary services and

resources for staff

Demonstrates effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
Demonstrates knowledge of a broad base of instructional strategies and practices that promote student

learning

Preferred: Experience in a leadership role

Salary: Per EMM negotiated Master Agreement plus $1000 stipend through QComp
