Livingston Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a full-time, tenure-track Administrative Secretary at Livingston High School. This 10-month position is benefits-eligible and part of the Livingston Education Association (LEA) bargaining unit. Benefits include medical, dental, and prescription coverage, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off in accordance with other 10-month employees. All candidates must undergo a computer skills assessment as part of the interview process.

The Administrative Secretary will assist the attendance secretary, support front office staff and administrators, and provide administrative assistance to the Dean of Students.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience in a school office support role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications required
Familiarity with Genesis student information system preferred
Strong multitasking, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
