Lincoln County High School is in search of a retired, certified USN, USMC or US Coast Guard (E6-E9) to fill the Naval Science Instructor (NSI) position. The NSI position is a 12-month contract at Navy Minimum Instructor Pay. The NJROTC unit is relatively new. It was commissioned in April 2021. Unit enrollment averages 105 cadets per year. Primary duties are equally shared with the Senior Naval Science Instructor (SNSI). We are the “Go-To” unit for area Color Guard events. Unit extracurricular activities include Academic, Athletic, STEM(Drone), Drill, Marksmanship, and Orienteering Teams. Unit receives outstanding support from the school district and community.
