Position Overview

The Girls Lacrosse Assistant Coach will be responsible for all aspects of coaching, player development and team management. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the sport and a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive team culture.

● Approachable, with an appropriate balance of high expectations, patience, and mentorship

● A team-player who is willing to listen to the ideas, concerns, and solutions of others

● Knowledgeable and competent in areas of safe school culture necessary to support school’s mission
