Position Overview

Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and personable Full-Time Admissions Counselor to join our Admissions team. The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process while fostering a welcoming and informative environment. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, application support, and enrollment efforts, representing the values and mission of Faith Lutheran School. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with students and families in an educational setting. The Admissions Counselor reports directly to the Director of Admissions.
