Anticipated Start Date: February 2025

Qualifications: High School Diploma

Reports To: General Education Teacher

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists the teacher in performing all instructional and custodial phases of the

program.

2. Assists in maintaining records of children’s progress.

3. Performs such secretarial or clerical functions as assigned by the teacher.

(Agreement of these clerical functions is to be established beforehand and will

not be a condition of employment unless so established).

3. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the teacher.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten month contract. Salary determined in

accordance with the provisions of the negotiated agreement and Board policy. Overtime is not permissible.

EVALUATION:

Performance on the job will be evaluated in accordance with Board policy, evaluation procedures established by the Administration and negotiated provisions of the Cinnaminson Education Association, Cinnaminson Board of Education, and State law.
