Summary:
The Football Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement effective strategies for the team. This is a full-time position located at Athletics.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in developing practice plans and game strategies
- Help to coordinate team travel and logistics
- Work with individual players to improve their skills and technique
- Attend all team practices, games, and meetings
- Assist with scouting and recruiting potential players
- Help to maintain equipment and facilities
- Assist with fundraising and community outreach efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level
- Strong knowledge of football rules and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
