Job Summary | ||||||
The role of the Director of Human Resources will lead the strategic HR business partnerships and ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations. This position will provide the vision and direction for cultivating an exceptional employee experience through the full employee life cycle and managing strategic priorities and operations that support Benton Harbor. | ||||||
