Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an ISR Facilitator at ELEM-HS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students in their academic and social-emotional development. This position involves creating a positive and engaging learning environment, facilitating restorative practices, and collaborating with educators, parents, and the community to promote student success. The ISR Facilitator will be responsible for addressing behavioral challenges, implementing intervention strategies, and fostering a culture of respect and responsibility within the school.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate individualized support for students exhibiting behavioral challenges, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Lead restorative circles and conflict resolution sessions to promote positive relationships and communication among students.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices for managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive school climate.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and involve them in the intervention process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and interventions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in behavior management and student support.
- Contribute to the overall mission and vision of ELEM-HS by promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and academic excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly with at-risk populations.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and restorative practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding student rights and confidentiality.
- Certification in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques is preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
