Hiring range: $108,000-$137,000

Salary range: $108,000-$152,000

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR LICENSE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD, SPECIAL EDUCATION OR RELATED SERVICE WITH ADMINISTRATIVE ENDORSEMENT

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in early childhood education, including teaching, program leadership, or administrative roles; Experience managing staff across multiple program types and/or locations.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION SKILLS: Experience with special education classrooms or services preferred; Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood curriculum, assessment, special education services, and family engagement; Commitment to student achievement and school improvement; Ongoing commitment to personal professional development; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to build relationships across departments and with communication agencies.
