Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and state standards
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and social-emotional development
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support and intervention when necessary
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate school-wide events and activities
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Teaching certification or licensure in the state of employment
- Experience teaching kindergarten-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth in the field of education.
