Teacher ASD

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Full-Time Teacher ASD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality educational services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Meadowview in Potterville.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with ASD
- Provide direct instruction to students with ASD in a variety of subjects
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with ASD
- Monitor and track student progress, and adjust instruction as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and needs
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school-related events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification in special education
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Knowledge of evidence-based instructional practices for students with ASD
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment for students with ASD.
