- Previous coaching experience preferred

- Outstanding personal and professional characteristics

Demonstrated ability to relate to young men and serve as a positive role model
Experience working with multi-cultural and racially diverse student/athlete population
Outstanding communication abilities
Ability to establish reasonable and consistent expectations for performance and conduct of students/athletes
Willingness to commit to a year round program
Willingness to work with a cohesive staff

SALARY: Per the Master Contract
