POSITION: High School Student Services Secretary

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Understanding and ability to work with high school-aged students
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant/polite personality and professional disposition
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in technology skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Follows appropriate communication channels
Ability to complete tasks based on requested deadlines
Prior office experience and general office equipment skills
Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
Knowledge of record-keeping/student accounting
Ability to lead student registration, withdraws, and processing
Willingness to be flexibility in responsibilities to support where/when needed in the office and with district projects
Willingness to coordinate large projects and events
Willingness to assist with and attend occasional after hour activities such as conferences, Honors Night, and graduation
Ability to organize and maintain transcripts, Parchment, scholarships and other post secondary needs
Ability to coordinate and maintain calendar for IEPs, scheduling rooms, and sub coverage
Other duties as assigned

PREFERENCES:

STARTING DATE: August 4, 2025

DEADLINE: April 28, 2025

SALARY: Per Handbook

40 hours per week / 42 weeks per year
