POSITION: EL Paraprofessional - Justus Gage Elementary/Patrick Hamilton

40 hours a week   

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must meet requirements of Highly Qualified.  
• High organizational skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Ability to effectively manage groups of student

PREFERENCES:

- Bilingual

- Knowledge of NWEA

- Best Practices in Early Literacy

JOB DUTIES:

• Work with small groups of students in targeted areas
• Knowledge of language arts, math, social studies and expository reading skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse cultural, racial and socio-economic student population
• Skills in using computers to word process, create spreadsheets, the ability to find information on the Internet, and the ability to utilize digital cameras

SALARY: District Pay Scale
