-    Previous coaching experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to relate to young men and serve as a positive role model
• Experience working with multi-cultural and racially diverse student/athlete population
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Ability to establish reasonable and consistent expectations for performance and conduct of students/athletes
• Willingness to commit to a year round program
• Willingness to work with a cohesive staff

SALARY: Per the Master Contract
