Qualifications:

● Must hold a valid teaching certificate (CC,CX, or RX)

● Dual Certification preferred.

● Highly Qualified Teacher status

● Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills

● Demonstrate problem solving skills that address challenges that may arise in the classroom

● Promote creative thinking opportunities for students

● Value a collaborative approach to teaching and learning

● Have a strong literacy background and an understanding of best practices and literacy essentials

● Incorporate the principles of design thinking into planning and teaching
