Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Clinton High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an engaging physical education curriculum for students in grades 9-12.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum that aligns with state standards and meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote physical fitness, skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, diversity, and equity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with other subject areas and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in physical education.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid teaching certification (Physical Education endorsement).
- Teaching experience in physical education preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sports, and health education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students.
