Salary:

$17.00 per hour

Position:

Eight (8) hours per day
Ten (10) month position (Option to work an additional week during the summer months)
Position located at Cedar Crest High School.

Paid time off:

Days are pro-rated based on start date with the District and are allocated after successful completion of a 60-day probationary period.
- Three (3) personal leave days

Job responsibilities:

Student Support & Monitoring
- Track student progress and attendance in online courses
- Communicate with students and families regarding progress, attendance, and expectations
- Assist students with logging in and navigating online learning platforms
- Provide guidance on pacing and staying on track with coursework
- Coordinate tutoring or additional academic support as needed
- Provide student support in C3 café
Parent & Guardian Communication
- Respond to parent inquiries regarding student progress, attendance, and technical issues
- Provide information on program expectations and resources available for students
- Assist parents with accessing guardian accounts and understanding student progress reports
Administrative & Organizational Tasks
- Maintain accurate student records, including enrollment, attendance, and course progress
- Set up new student computers: load bookmarks
- Assist with loading new students into C3 platforms
- Coordinate and document C3 orientation meetings with students, parents, and teachers
- Follow up on missing or incomplete assignments with parents, students and teachers via emails and phone calls
- Entity changes and emails to all involved
Liaison Between Stakeholders
- Communicate with teachers regarding student concerns, grades, and coursework
- Work with school counselors and administrators to support student success
- Coordinate with the technology department for troubleshooting issues related to online platforms
Program Development & Improvement
- Assist in developing informational materials for students and parents
- Provide input on ways to improve student engagement and program efficiency
- Support in organizing virtual meetings, training sessions, or program events
