AQUATICS DIRECTOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

Develops, directs, and coordinates USA and youth swimming programs for the Byron Center Public School District and community.
Procure, train, and supervise personnel for pool operations and programming.
Has responsibility for communication between the BCPS Athletic Department, High School Administration, and the Byron Center Community as it relates to pool operations.
Has responsibility for ensuring that Byron Center Public Schools are meeting all safety standards required by state and federal law in operating the pool
Coordinates scheduling of the pool and registration for all swimming lessons and other swim programs.
