TITLE OF POSITION: Middle School Wrestling Coach – Winter Season 2

CLOSING DATE: Until filled

SCHEDULE: Season is from January 6 - February 28, 2025

Otsego Public Schools takes great pride in its athletic teams, and we're looking for a hard-working, Middle School Wrestling Coach to add to our coaching staff.

  • Pay is $2195 for the season
  • Coach and train team members on techniques.
  • Select extended staff and team members.
  • Evaluate skills of team members.
  • Coordinate logistics for events.
  • Maintain knowledge of laws or regulations.
  • Maintain inventories of materials, equipment, or products.
  • Coordinate practice plans to build basic wrestling knowledge and age-appropriate skill sets
  • Be a productive and cohesive coach on a staff that works to develop all players from grades 6‐12
  • Teach and instruct wrestling, while working to develop and emphasize positive character traits in all athletes
