ACGC is seeking a Food Service Helper for the Kitchen at the Elementary School

Hours: 7:45AM - 2:30PM
School Days Only
The position will help support the kitchen in Atwater

Job Duties

Assists with basic food preparation, proper food storage, and maintaining the cleanliness of the food service, dining and storage areas.
Cleans and maintains orderly, safe and sanitary conditions, cleans dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment.
Receives, transports and stores food according to sanitary handling standards;
Serves food to students in accordance with USDA guidelines.

Other duties as assigned by Food Service Director

Salary Negotiated by AFSCME

$17.88 per hour during 6 month probationary period and $18.92 per hour upon completion of probationary period

Certified Food Manager License = additional $1.00 per hour
