Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support our Boys and Girls Golf programs as an Assistant Coach. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to develop players' skills, promote teamwork, and ensure a successful season.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices, drills, and competitions for both boys and girls golf teams.
- Provide instruction on golf techniques, rules, and strategies to enhance player performance.
- Support the development of individual players through personalized feedback and skill assessments.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, respect, and personal growth.
- Monitor the academic progress of team members to ensure eligibility and promote a balance between athletics and academics.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring the golf course is prepared for practices and matches.
- Attend all scheduled practices, matches, and team events throughout the season.

Requirements
- Previous experience playing or coaching golf at the high school level or higher.
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with student-athletes and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and other staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to transport athletes as needed.
