Maize USD 266 is seeking a Human Resources Specialist. This is a full-time, year round position located within the district office.

The HR Specialist has primary responsibility for the recruitment and onboarding of non-exempt staff. They may also assist with training, employee relations and other HR functions. The Specialist supports the overall mission of the district by delivering reliable, confidential, and customer-focused service to staff, enabling them to focus on student success.

Profile of a successful candidate:

Experience in HR strongly preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
