Southern Plains Education Cooperative is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support students across five member districts: Blue Earth Area, Fairmont Area, Granada Huntley East Chain, Martin County West, and United South Central. This position plays a vital role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally through assessment, consultation, intervention planning, and system-level support.

Job Duties

Conduct comprehensive student evaluations
Collaborate with staff and families on intervention strategies
Support implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
Provide short-term counseling and crisis response
Maintain accurate records and due process documentation
Deliver staff training on learning and behavior strategies

Qualifications

Minnesota School Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
