Preschool -Gr. 8 School District seeks exceptional candidates for anticipated openings for the 2025-26 school year:
Human Resource Specialist

Candidates must have the following:

High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or comparable major preferred.
Knowledge of New Jersey regulations regarding teaching certification and personnel management.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant HR software applications.

Terms of Employment: Full-Time, 12 months

Salary: TBD by the Board of Education in consideration of education and experience.
