Downers Grove North is seeking a Collaborative Pianist for the 2025-2026 school year. This position involves accompanying all curricular and extracurricular choirs during the school day, at concerts, community events, and on tours. The role includes providing musical support in rehearsals, leading warm-ups or sectional rehearsals when needed, and supporting students at festivals, recitals, and auditions.

Additional responsibilities include organizational tasks such as managing attendance, maintaining records, coordinating piano tuning and maintenance, and editing/creating parts as needed using music notation software. Strong piano skills, experience with high school singers, and the ability to lead rehearsals or small ensembles are essential.

A Bachelor’s degree in music is strongly preferred; Master’s or higher in Piano Performance is preferred.
