Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated basketball coach to lead our team during the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, a strong background in track and field, and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

- Coach and mentor basketball coaches.
- Develop and implement training plans for athletes of varying skill levels
- Organize and lead practices, including warm-ups, drills, and conditioning exercises
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to athletes to improve their technique and performance
- Plan and coordinate team events and competitions
- Monitor and track athlete progress and adjust training plans as necessary
- Promote a positive team culture and foster a supportive and respectful environment
- Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and other coaches to provide updates and ensure everyone is on the same page

Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience in coaching or extensive basketball experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the , techniques, and training methods
- Ability to work with athletes of varying skill levels and adapt coaching style as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for practices and competitions
