Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking an Accounts Receivable and P-Card Specialist for the current school year.

Description: This role involves managing accounts receivable, processing cash/check deposits, and reconciling credit card deposits. Additionally, it includes overseeing the procurement card program reconciliations, supporting staff with procurement processes, and handling travel reconciliations. The position also provides division support by reviewing accounts payable, assisting with state-required sales tax reporting, and helping with special projects, while ensuring compliance with district policies and regulations.

The Accounts Receivable and P-Card Specialist is a 12-month position.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline required School business or business experience preferred

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate for this position can expect the District to set the salary from $55,000 - $70,000, based upon their skills and experience. The comprehensive benefits plan includes:
