Assistant Football Coaches

Job Description

Penn Manor football is currently seeking assistant coaches for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. An offensive and defensive position is available on the varsity staff with an additional position opening with the junior high and freshman teams.

Responsibilities:

Work with the coaching staff in developing and implementing effective practice plans
Designing and executing game strategies
Mentoring and motivating student-athletes
Fostering a positive and supportive team culture
Adhering to all district and league regulations

Qualifications

Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or college level
Strong knowledge of football rules, regulations, and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with student-athletes, parents, community and staff
A passion for working with and developing young athletes.

Required Clearances

Upon hire, the successful candidate will be required to complete the following clearances:

Pre-employment drug test
Work physical
TB test
Act 34 Clearance
Act 114 Clearance
Act 151 Clearance
