If you have already been approved by a Director for an experience at Stevenson High School, you will be directed to this application by Human Resources to assist with the process.

*If you have not yet submitted a request to be considered for an experience at SHS, please have you university submit the following information:

A written request from the student teaching/internship coordinator or school department specifying the subject area and requested dates of placement.
- Note: This request should be on university letterhead.
A resume or curriculum vitae
An unofficial transcript
A Philosophy of Education statement
Any other supporting documents
