Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time English/Reading Intervention and GED Coach to join our team at Outlook Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted reading and English instruction and preparing students for the GED exam. The role requires a strong commitment to student success and the ability to work collaboratively with other educators.

Responsibilities:

- Developing a 3-day-a-week schedule that meets the needs of students and the program

- Develop and implement individualized English and reading intervention plans for students

- Screening and preparing students for the GED exam

- Provide targeted instruction and support to students in one-on-one and small group settings

- Monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed to ensure student success

- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
