Summary:
The MS Football Coach at Gooding Middle School is responsible for leading and coaching the middle school football team during the season. The coach will be responsible for developing and implementing practice plans, conducting team meetings, and providing guidance and mentorship to players.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on player skill development and team strategy
- Conduct team meetings to review game plans, player progress, and team goals
- Coach players during games, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to players both on and off the field
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games
- Maintain open communication with parents, school officials, and other coaches
- Attend all required meetings and trainings

Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications and clearances
- Must be available to work during the football season, including evenings and weekends.
