Title: Summer Special Education Evaluations

Dates: Summer 2025

Location: Springfield Local Schools

Stipend: Per Diem

Qualifications:

Reports To: Special Education Coordinator and Director of Federal Programs

Program Schedule: Up to five days from June 8th to August 1st.

Responsibilities:

Provide home visits for preschool testing as required to meet age timelines and to get permission to test.
Conduct play-based assessments.
Document data for ETR and complete ETR.
Generate reports (ETR) and required paperwork.
Obtain written consent for evaluations and conduct planning meetings.
Complete all assessments as determined appropriate in the planning meeting.
Hold ETR meetings with a qualified team of professionals according to IDEA timelines.
