Qualities:

We are looking for candidates who have effective communication and writing skills and are good at organization. The preferred candidate must be a self-starter who loves children and has an outgoing personality.
Must be willing to work four hours per day for 220 day, which includes two hours after school and four weeks during the summer.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Site Coordinator in the planning, development, and execution of programs and activities that support youth in achieving success.
Assist Site Coordinator in maintaining a healthy and safe environment, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and supplies are well kept and in good condition.
Assist Site Coordinator in providing ongoing supervision and guidance to ensure the health and safety of both students and staff across all program areas.
Assist Site Coordinator in keeping accurate daily attendance records and monitoring student sign-ins and sign-outs on a weekly basis.
Assist Site Coordinator in overseeing and maintaining staff timesheets and schedules.
Assist Site Coordinator in ensuring activities for students and staff are planned and scheduled.
Assist Site Coordinator in maintaining up-to-date and accurate data for afterschool programs, in accordance with all required categories by KDE.
Participate in mandatory training sessions and events as assigned.
Assist Site Coordinator in developing and implementing technology-based programs and facilities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community partners to coordinate planning, instruction, and enrichment activities.
