Extra Hours - Classified Training Development

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Washington State's Paraprofessional Fundamental Course of Study (FCS) and related educational standards.
   
• Ability to engage diverse groups of paraprofessionals with effective communication and instructional strategies.
   
• Flexibility to work additional hours outside of standard school schedules to meet training needs.
   
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting professional growth for paraprofessionals.

Anticipated hours:

• 20 - 30 hours over the course of the school year. Extra hours may not cause employee to exceed 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week.
