This position requires a valid Michigan (elementary) teaching certificate. We will work with individuals that do not possess a Michigan Teaching Certificate but have a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education or a related field for certification.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Michigan elementary teaching certificate required.

· Strong belief that all students can and will be successful

· Strong knowledge of curriculum content

· Able to plan effective, engaging lessons and use data to plan and adjust instruction

· Ability to interact positively and motivate students

· Able to work with colleagues to improve student outcomes

· Willing to accept responsibility for student learning

· Willingness to teach a lesson to students as part of the interview process

STARTING DATE: Start of the 2025-2026 School Year

SALARY: In accordance with PEA Agreement
