Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction using a variety of teaching methodologies.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Develop timely and effective lesson plans that align with district standards.
Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, projects, and tests.
Manage classroom behavior and cultivate a culture of mutual respect.
Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to families.
Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff.
Provide guidance and mentorship to support student welfare and success.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and extracurricular activities.
Serve as a role model of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Supporting co-curricular and community engagement activities

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field
Valid Ohio Teaching License/Certification for High School Mathematics
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for helping students discover their full potential
