All Elementary Schools (K-2 & 3-5 Buildings)

Mission: To ensure lunch and recess are not just breaks, but enriching adventures where every student feels valued, heard, and empowered!

Key Responsibilities:

Adventure Captain: Actively patrol the lunchroom and playground, turning ordinary moments into fun-filled adventures!

Conversational Trailblazer: Strike up lively chats with students, discovering their tales and dreams to foster trust and build rock-solid relationships.

Positivity Ambassador: Spread rays of sunshine by interacting with students in the most uplifting and encouraging ways.

Conflict Resolution Maestro: Play the role of a wise sage, guiding young adventurers through the maze of interpersonal challenges, teaching them to find common ground and peace.

Proactive Pioneer: Lead the charge by taking initiative in all tasks and duties, ensuring the smooth sailing of every lunch and recess period.

Communication Commander: Regularly synergize with the Behavior Coach and/or Principal, sharing tales of the day's adventures, challenges overcome, and victories celebrated.

Policy Pathfinder: Navigate the school and district policies like a seasoned explorer, ensuring that all adventures stay on the right path.
