Summary
The Durand Area School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Substitute Lunchroom Aide. This part-time position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and friendly environment for students during lunch hours. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with staff and students to promote positive interactions and assist in the smooth operation of lunch services along with recess duties.

Responsibilities
- Supervise students during lunch periods to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Assist in the distribution of food and beverages to students.
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote respectful interactions.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the lunchroom, including cleaning tables and disposing of waste.
- Support students with special needs as required, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and respond to any issues that arise.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate school personnel.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as needed.

Requirements
