Summary:
We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to join our team at Saltar's Point Elementary School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school's staff, students, and parents. The administrative assistant will work closely with the school's principal and other administrators to ensure that the school runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate location
- Maintaining student records and ensuring that they are up to date
- Assisting with scheduling and organizing school events
- Managing the school's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents
- Providing support to teachers and other staff members as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant role is preferred, but not required.
