Description:
This position will report to the building principal. Work hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Availability to sub in any K-12 position as determined by the district. Substitute will perform the daily functions of the position (following lesson plans, assisting students, etc.) When no sub is needed, clerical work can be assigned. There will be no refusal of the assignment regardless of building, grade, or class. All school holidays off. 

Qualifications:

• Meet Michigan Teaching Requirements to be a substitute teacher - minimum of 60 college credit hours.
• Experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others in a positive, productive way.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and the community while projecting a positive image that enhances the school.
• Computer Literacy.
• Meet all state and federal requirements.
