Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team at Olivet High School. This is a part-time position that will require the individual to work closely with student-athletes to prevent, diagnose, and treat injuries related to sports activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports medicine and a commitment to providing the highest level of care to our student-athletes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide injury prevention strategies and education to student-athletes, coaches, and parents
- Evaluate and assess injuries and provide appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs and protocols
- Maintain accurate medical records for all student-athletes
- Communicate with coaches, parents, and healthcare professionals regarding the status of injured athletes
- Attend all home athletic events and select away events to provide medical coverage
- Maintain inventory and order supplies for the athletic training room

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Current certification from the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers (BOC)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Experience working with high school athletes preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
