POSITION: School Support Staff

REPORTS TO: Explorer Elementary Building Principal

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask while handling a range of office needs
Competency in English grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading
Experience with office software including Microsoft and Google Education Suite programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strict adherence to confidentiality of staff and student records including FERPA and HIPAA requirements
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, parents, students, and community members
Familiarity with or willingness to learn medical support skills to assist with a variety of needs including first aid, medication administration, and support with student health plans

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Explorer Elementary Principal
Assist students, parents, and staff with school office functions
Perform other office-related functions as assigned or in support of the building secretary

SALARY: Per Master Agreement
