POSITION: Middle School Track Coach -
LOCATION: Middle School
ASSIGNMENT/RESPONSIBILITY: Teach the basic skills and fundamentals of Track and Field. Prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of life and contest. Support the entire program and help with the Varsity home meets.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, knowledge of the sport and rules, experience as a participant preferred, documented record of success in handling middle/high school age student/athletes preferred. Experience coaching Track and Field at the middle/ high school (or higher) level preferred. The individual being sought must possess strong personal ethics, be a positive professional role model, and demand from players a high standard of conduct and discipline. Must be able to communicate with athletes, coaches, and parents.
